It's nearing that time of the month and that means I'm getting irrational and emotional. On top of that, the weather's actually getting hot enough to make even ME sweat, which is never an improvement to any situation.
Nothing is better at bringing up a girl's mood than a bowl of ice cream. Normally, I already have a propensity to consume absurd amounts of dessert, but on days like this...it's almost frightening. lol Good thing I started running again yesterday. Not sure when I got so lazy and unmotivated. I used to be such a workout junkie. It was absolutely unforgivable for me to skip a day. My high school track coach would be ashamed of me right now.
I need a good cry. And another bowl of ice cream.
