lol This article showed up on Digg today and I thought it was funny that they were trying to blame Lady Gaga for the circle lens trend, inspired by her Bad Romance video, when I thought this had been a long-time trend in Asia, way before anyone knew who Lady Gaga was?
The article also seemed to give YouTube makeup guru, Michelle Phan, a bad rap for teaching people how to use circle lenses. I've been watching her videos since 2007, and though I think she's gotten a bit commercial as of late, I suspect it's just part of business. She seems to enjoy cosplaying too, which I'm not going to complain about :P In the video mentioned by the article, she's also sporting a much nicer version of my nails from an earlier post.
